Local author and chef, Sarah Martin, will be joining us at Sense by The Falls on Sunday July 23rd from 1-3pm to host a pickling and fermenting class! Sarah will be teaching on techniques and tips outlined in her recently published book , Pickling and Fermenting. In addition to the lesson and demonstration, each participant will take home pickled and fermented hors d’oeuvres, a custom scented candle in a limited edition mason jar, and enjoy a fermented beverage during the event!
