Product Care 101

Proper product care is extremely important to increase the life of your product and vessel and to
ensure that you are enjoying your product safely. We recommend the following:

Candles

• Before you light your candle, make sure your wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch and repositioned in
  the center if needed. High or flickering flames should be blown out immediately.

• Allow the melted wax pool to reach the edges of your container before extinguishing to
  prevent wax from tunneling and building along the sides.

• Never leave a candle unattended: keep away from fabrics/flammable items and
  keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Keep the wax around the wick free of wick trimmings or debris.

• Candle jars will be hot after burning, allow wax to cool completely before handling.

• Burn your candle between 2-4 hours each time for best results and to prevent tunneling. Candles should burn one hour for every 1 inch in diameter of the actual candle size.

• Do not burn candles for more than 1 to 4 hours at a time depending on the size of the candle

• If your candle has a lid, always make sure to replace the lid after burning your candle.

• Always make sure your candle is secure on a flat surface away from the surface edges while burning.

Diffusers

• Diffuser liquid is highly flammable, please keep away from open flames.

• Reeds should last around 6 months and can be flipped upside down once the fragrance dissipates.

Wax Melts

• Wax melts are compatible with any commercially available melter. We recommend following manufacturer instructions for use.

• Never leave your wax melter unattended.
